My passion for the sea and my trips on vacation during my childhood.
What part of your work makes you feel proud or hopeful?
The passion and involvement of my coworkers. It makes sense for me to try to improve the fishing practices for the next generation. Some meetings with fishers are very hopeful.
What are some of the most significant challenges women or girls face in science in your context?
Sometimes having the feeling that you have to prove you deserve your position.
